Here is a quick recap of the 2023 Annual FCHOA Summer Meeting and Neighborhood Picnic as well as what the board discussed after the event.

Community Comments:

There were a lot of questions and comments for the board that focused primarily on providing more transparency, learning more about the budget and the plan for the reserve funds.

Voting on Board Members:
Neighbors voted to re-elect exiting board member Tina Delattore and elected newcomer Toni Pastorino to the board.

August 2023 Board Meeting Highlights:

  • Defined and aligned on board positions:

    • Suzanne Tuegel | President

    • Tina Dealttore | Vice President

    • Dunja Vla | Secretary

    • Brian Hill | Treasurer

    • Toni Pastorino | Board Member

    • Kathy Scarpino | Property Manager

  • Discussed getting new board members insured.

  • Methods to increase communication:

    • New website

    • HOA Newsletters or Blogs

    • Facebook Presence

  • Obtaining quotes for 2024 maintenance projects

  • Digitizing + cleaning up existing files

  • Possible 2024 Projects:

    • Repairing or replacing the Bike Path

    • Security Camera at entrance
